What Level Zero Is

Level Zero is a 30-point behavioral evaluation of any customer-facing asset — website, landing page, menu, brochure, quote document, email sequence, app store listing. We evaluate whether the asset is structurally capable of converting a human visitor into a decision. Every structural failure is identified and named. Every correction is written in plain language. A priority roadmap and revenue gap estimate are included. The completed report is delivered in your agency brand within 24 hours.

A CRO audit optimizes existing traffic — it analyzes behavior patterns on a site that is already receiving visitors. Level Zero runs before traffic arrives. It evaluates the structural foundation before campaigns launch, before ad spend scales, before a redesign goes live. You would not optimize traffic onto a structurally broken page. Level Zero confirms the page is not broken before the first dollar moves. The two are complementary — Level Zero runs first, CRO runs after.

The Level Zero framework is grounded in 13 documented behavioral research traditions including Kahneman's dual-process theory, Cialdini's influence principles, Fogg's behavior model, Ariely's predictable irrationality research, and nine others. Every one of the 30 criteria maps directly to a documented behavioral finding. This is not a checklist built from opinion — it is a scored instrument built from published science. Full framework documentation is available on The Science page.

You could. Applying 30 behavioral criteria against a documented research framework, scoring each criterion, identifying every failure specifically, writing plain-language corrections, building a revenue gap estimate, and producing a formatted branded report takes 8 to 12 hours per asset when done properly. Level Zero delivers that output in 24 hours for $195. The math determines whether building it internally makes sense for your agency. Most agencies conclude it does not — particularly when the report can be billed to the client at any markup the agency determines.

No. Every Level Zero evaluation is reviewed and delivered by a human evaluator against the documented 30-point standard. The findings are specific to the asset evaluated, the industry context, and the visitor decision path — not a generic output. The report your client receives reflects a professional assessment of their specific asset, not a template populated by automation.

The Agency Relationship & White-Label

No. Every report is delivered in your agency brand — your logo, your colors, your agency name throughout. The only reference to Level Zero is a single line in the report footer: "Powered by the Level Zero Score framework." That line is required and cannot be removed. Your client sees a professional structural evaluation delivered by you. They do not see Level Zero, they do not know who produced it, and they have no way to contact us directly. You are the expert. We do not exist in your client relationship.

Never. We have no relationship with your clients. All communication runs through you. We receive the asset URL and context from your submission, we deliver the completed report to you, and the relationship ends there. Your client never receives anything from Level Zero, and we do not retain their contact information.

Yes. Level Zero does not restrict your pricing to clients in any way. You pay $195 per report. What you bill your client is entirely your decision based on your client relationship and market positioning. The margin is yours. We stay invisible.

That is your professional judgment to make. Level Zero does not require disclosure. Many agencies present the report as part of their standard client onboarding or structural review process. The "Powered by the Level Zero Score framework" footer line satisfies any attribution requirement — it identifies the framework without identifying Level Zero as a separate service provider.

After your agency application is approved, you receive an onboarding link. That link takes you to a short form where you provide your agency logo, primary brand color, and agency name. We configure your white-label template once. Every report you order from that point forward is automatically generated in your brand. There is no additional setup fee and no recurring configuration required. Your first report at $395 includes this one-time setup.

Your founding rate covers one white-label template for your agency brand. If you manage multiple brands or operate under multiple agency identities and need separate templates, contact us at info@levelzeroscore.com to discuss configuration options.

What Gets Evaluated

Any customer-facing asset with a conversion job. This includes websites and landing pages, individual listing or product pages, restaurant menus and specials boards, printed sales collateral, brochures and handouts, quote and proposal documents, email sequences, app store listings, and signage. If a customer sees it and is expected to take an action — call, buy, book, inquire, click — Level Zero can evaluate it. Digital assets are evaluated directly via URL. Physical assets are submitted as high-resolution files or photographs.

Yes. Submit the asset as a high-resolution PDF or image file. The same 30-point behavioral framework applies — a brochure or menu has a conversion job just as a landing page does, and structural failures at the physical presentation layer are often the highest-impact gaps an agency can address. This is particularly relevant for restaurant, hospitality, retail, print, and full-service agencies whose clients have significant physical customer-facing assets.

No. Level Zero evaluates the structural and behavioral presentation layer — what a visitor sees and experiences. We do not require analytics access, CMS credentials, server access, or any login to your client's systems. For digital assets, we need the public URL. For physical assets, we need the file. Nothing else.

Yes. Staging and preview URLs are accepted provided they are accessible without login. Evaluating before launch is actually the highest-value use case — catching structural failures before a site goes live eliminates the cost of fixing them after traffic has already arrived on a broken foundation.

Each evaluation covers one primary asset. A website homepage, a landing page, a menu, a brochure — each is a separate submission and a separate report. This is by design — each asset has its own conversion job, its own visitor context, and its own failure set. A homepage evaluation and a landing page evaluation for the same client will produce different findings and different corrections.

Process, Timing & Guarantees

After your agency account is active, email info@levelzeroscore.com with the asset URL or file, the asset type, and any relevant industry context. We return a payment link within minutes. The 24-hour delivery clock starts at confirmed payment. Your completed white-label report arrives in your inbox before the clock expires.

The report contains a score out of 100, section grades from A through F across six behavioral categories, every failing criterion named specifically with the behavioral reason it fails, every correction written in plain language your client or their developer can act on immediately, a priority roadmap ordered by revenue impact, a monthly revenue gap estimate based on current traffic and conversion data, and an implementation package including designer, developer, and copy briefs. The report is delivered as an HTML interactive document in your agency brand. A sample report is available at sample-report.html.

If a completed report is not in your inbox within 24 hours of confirmed payment, the evaluation is free. No questions. No process. No invoice. This guarantee has never been triggered.

If the evaluation does not identify at least seven specific structural failures, you receive a full refund. No questions. No process. Additionally, if no actionable structural failures are identified at all, you do not pay. Neither guarantee has ever been triggered in Level Zero's operating history. Every asset evaluated has produced meaningful, specific, actionable findings.

However suits your agency workflow. The report is formatted for direct client presentation — structured, professional, and branded in your identity. Many agencies present it in a kickoff call as a structural baseline. Some deliver it as a standalone pre-campaign document. Some use it as a new business tool by running it on a prospect's site before a pitch meeting. The report requires no additional briefing or explanation — it is written to be understood by a business owner without technical background.

Yes. All submitted asset information is treated as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client URLs, asset content, or evaluation results with any third party. We may use anonymized, aggregated scoring data for internal research and published industry findings — never with identifying information attached.

Pricing & Access

The first report includes your complete white-label template configuration — your logo, colors, and agency name applied to every report from that point forward. That setup is a one-time process. Every report after the first uses your configured template automatically at no additional setup cost. The $395 first report is the setup and the first evaluation combined. Every report after that is $195, your rate, locked permanently.

Founding agency accounts lock their $195 per-report rate at approval. When Level Zero issues its first pricing increase — which has no announced timeline — founding agencies are unaffected. You continue to pay $195 per report regardless of what the published rate becomes. This rate lock applies to your approved agency account and is not transferable.

None. Order when you need to. There is no minimum monthly volume, no blocks of reports to purchase, no subscription, and no penalty for ordering infrequently. Your rate is locked regardless of how many or how few reports you order. The agency program is designed to fit naturally into your existing workflow — you run it when a client asset needs evaluation, not on a schedule.

After you submit a client asset for evaluation, we return a payment link by email within minutes. Payment is processed before evaluation begins. The 24-hour delivery clock starts at confirmed payment. There is no recurring billing, no subscription charge, and no payment required at the time of agency application.

No. Applying for agency access is free. There is no application fee, no setup fee at the time of application, and no payment required until you order your first client report. Your agency access is confirmed immediately upon application.

Yes. The agency program is open to any professional who manages customer-facing assets on behalf of clients — regardless of team size. If you are a solo consultant managing client marketing assets, running campaigns, or advising on digital presence, Level Zero is built for exactly that workflow. The white-label format means your clients see a professional branded deliverable regardless of whether you are a solo operator or a team of fifty.

Agency-Specific Questions

Before the campaign launches — every time. A site at 1% conversion corrected to 3.5% produces 3.5x more output on identical spend. Running Level Zero before paid traffic arrives confirms the destination converts before the first dollar is spent. It also gives you documented structural evidence if campaign performance is later questioned — the baseline was verified before spend began.

SEO delivers traffic. Level Zero verifies the pages that traffic lands on are structurally capable of converting visitors into actions. An SEO agency that also runs Level Zero before campaigns begin is delivering twice the value — qualified traffic and a verified destination. It also protects your attribution when organic results improve but conversion doesn't — you have documented proof of whether the structural foundation was the limiting factor.

Before launch and after launch. Before launch catches structural failures before they go live and cost real traffic. After launch validates that the built product performs to standard. Many web design agencies run Level Zero as a post-delivery quality standard — it produces a scored, documented confirmation that the site is structurally sound, which is a deliverable no other agency in your market is providing.

Yes. A restaurant menu is a customer-facing asset with a specific conversion job — guide the guest toward profitable, high-margin decisions while reducing friction and increasing average check. Level Zero evaluates menus for structural failures in the same way it evaluates digital assets: named failures, written corrections, revenue gap estimate. Submit as a PDF or high-resolution image. Physical signage, table tents, and printed collateral are also accepted.

Brokerage homepages, individual listing pages, agent and team bio pages, property management rental pages, buyer and seller landing pages, and printed listing collateral. Every real estate customer-facing asset has a conversion job — get the prospect to call, book a showing, or submit an inquiry. Structural failures at the presentation layer cost listings time on market and cost agencies their reputation. Level Zero identifies every failure before traffic arrives.

Yes. The 30-point behavioral framework is universal — it evaluates human decision-making behavior, which operates the same way regardless of industry. The findings are calibrated to the specific asset, industry context, and visitor type you provide at submission. A commercial B2B site and a consumer e-commerce site are evaluated against the same criteria with findings specific to each context.
